Kim is an M&A leader in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring Services practice where she advises tech clients on complex global integration and separation transactions. She has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience. Her experience includes integration or separation strategy, operating model transformation, Day 1 planning, end-to-end process integration enablement (i.e., Lead to Cash, Hire to Retire), value creation through cost and revenue synergy opportunities, and legal entity transaction execution. She has led global integration and separation transactions spanning South America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. She co-leads the Women and Allies in M&A program, leading programming and engagement for all women across Deloitte’s M&A practice. She holds an MBA from Georgetown McDonough School of Business and a BA in English and Economics from the University of Richmond.
