Kerri is the Purpose Investments and Ecosystems leader within Growth & Purpose at Deloitte. Her purview includes the activation and deployment of Deloitte’s $1.5 billion social impact investment and the management of “Yes Cities,” an initiative aimed at reimagining urban life for people and the planet by accelerating the deployment of innovative solutions for 50+ cities worldwide by 2030.
Kerri is also a Managing Director for Monitor Institute by Deloitte. Kerri is driven to apply her experience, and passion for, creating new models of change to help find innovative solutions to many of today’s most complex issues.
Over the last 25 years, Kerri, in conjunction with Deloitte Consulting LLP, has worked with leaders in the public, private and social sectors, and importantly at the leading edges of these sectors, to bring leaders and organizations together to tackle complex issues. Her experience in a range of industries including financial services, technology, healthcare, and philanthropy, helps her to find the shared interest amongst varying groups. Kerri advises organizations and ecosystems through transformational change, defining and adapting strategy, and helps with organizational issues and developing business models to improve impact and return.
Kerri has long been fascinated by the power of leadership, and the human will to overcome complexities and focuses on helping to create change.
Kerri holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and is a published author and speaker on the topic of social impact.
