Ken is an Audit & Assurance Partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP. He currently leads the Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA) practice in Salt Lake City. He has served public and private companies across various industries for over 24 years.
He has significant experience with complex accounting, debt and equity offerings, internal controls/SOX, IPOs, M&A, SEC financial reporting, and valuation matters. Previously, Ken was with the Deloitte's National Office – Accounting and Reporting Services group, where he focused on assisting and advising clients, authored interpretive guidance, and facilitated trainings on technical accounting and financial reporting across multiple subject matter areas.
He is a licensed certified public accountant in Utah and Nevada and member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
