Specializing in system implementations across SIS, CRM, and LMS platforms, he is known for his hands-on project management and dedication to student lifecycle success.
Keith is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), SAFe® Agilist, and Professional Scrum Master with deep expertise in full lifecycle system implementations within higher education, specializing in student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management. He has led large-scale, global implementations of Student Information Systems (SIS), Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Keith brings a breadth of project management and hands-on implementation experience with a wide range of higher education technologies. His expertise covers leading SIS platforms such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Workday Student, Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Anthology Student, as well as major Learning Management Systems including Blackboard, Desire2Learn, Cornerstone, and Canvas. He has also served as a functional lead on point solutions like Slate, ImageNow, OnBase, Salesforce, and other specialized applications.
Keith is highly skilled in all phases of the project lifecycle, including both SDLC and Agile methodologies. His core competencies include project and resource planning, fit-gap and requirements analysis, business process and systems design, communication and engagement strategy, training, status reporting, issue resolution, documentation, and deployment planning.
With more than twenty years of experience in higher education administration and IT project leadership—including roles as Director of Admissions at two University System of Maryland institutions—Keith is widely regarded as a thought leader in the field.
