Keith Adams

Keith is Deloitte’s US Renewable Energy Leader and serves as the firm’s Modelling and Insights offering leader. He has over 30 years of experience in providing financial advisory services to clients ranging from early-stage enterprises to Fortune 10 companies. He has focused most of his career in the Power, Utilities, and Renewables sector, with an emphasis on Renewables for the last 10+ years. His experience includes buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, valuation, financial modelling, strategic options analyses, FP&A, restructuring and more. Keith has experience with regulated and non-regulated businesses including power generation, electric transmission and distribution, and natural gas distribution, as well as equipment manufacturers and services companies that provide components and services to build, operate, and maintain energy infrastructure.
