Kristen Cove, Chief Clients & Markets Officer, leads Tax's marketplace strategy across the United States, driving a client-first approach that combines innovation with deep technical and industry expertise. Under her leadership, Tax is evolving to become a trusted strategic advisor through enhanced global teaming and marketplace offerings tailored to diverse client needs—from large enterprises to emerging growth companies. Cove is championing the transformation of Tax into a human-led, AI-powered organization that harnesses digital capabilities to accelerate speed to market, strengthen client communities, and capture value across Deloitte's broader portfolio, positioning Tax as an essential partner in creating and protecting enterprise value.

Prior to assuming the role of Chief Clients & Markets Officer for Tax, Kristen led the Multistate Tax Services Offering from January 2020 - June 2023. Kristen received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as her Master of Professional Accountancy – Taxation from Clemson University and is a certified public accountant in North Carolina and South Carolina. She is a member of the AICPA and North Carolina and South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
