Jennifer leads Deloitte’s US National Government and Public Services (GPS) industry, which serves clients at all levels of government (federal, state, and local), higher education institutions, and non-profit agencies across the U.S. Deloitte GPS serves as a trusted advisor to these organizations, helping them to operate more efficiently, innovate with modern engineering, and use data analytics and AI to enhance the delivery of services to millions of people and their families.
Jennifer has been immersed in mission-centric, client service work for more than twenty-five years, supporting every federal Cabinet-level agency and more than ten states. The depth and breadth of Jennifer’s industry experience includes designing operating models and optimizing business processes to enable large scale technology transformations.
Jennifer previously led a cross-functional team at Deloitte that develops innovative market capabilities and solutions to meet the emerging needs of our GPS clients. She also served as the Strategy and Transformation Leader for our GPS industry.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Williams College and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. A lifelong dancer, Jennifer served five years on the Board of BalletNova, a nationally recognized non-profit ballet conservatory in Northern Virginia that serves the community with training, performances, and outreach programs.
