Justin Silber

Justin is the US Finance Transformation Leader. With 30 years of experience, he has guided clients through their complex growth and optimization priorities, including finance transformations, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, enterprise and equity valuations, and strategic alternatives analyses.

As a Principal in Deloitte & Touche LLP, Justin has led client teams in multiple industries including Aerospace and Defense, serving as the Lead Business Partner and Lead Client Service Partner for large aerospace companies. Throughout his career, he has conducted complex financial analysis and modeling for numerous Fortune 500 companies with a focus on the financial impact of strategic choices, driving substantial value delivery to clients and the firm.

Justin has extensive leadership experience at Deloitte and most recently served as a Deputy Chief Risk Officer.
