Justin Silber

Justin leads the Financial Risk, Transactions and Restructuring market within Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory. Prior to this role, he previously led the Valuation & Modeling practice. Justin is a principal in Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP and a managing director with Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC. His experience includes advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, enterprise and equity valuations, strategic alternatives analyses, purchase price allocations, and intangible asset valuations. Justin is also part of the leadership team of Deloitte’s CFO Program, participating as a lead facilitator in the CFO Next Gen Academy.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Justin was an officer in the Advisory Services practice of an international investment banking firm.
