Joshua Flyer

Joshua is a senior manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s US Banking & Capital Markets practice where he helps clients navigate regulatory, governance, and risk management challenges. He leads transformation engagements, enabling banks and fintechs to take advantage of market opportunities across a range of legal entity changes spanning new bank licensing, M&A activity, and large-scale regulatory remediation efforts. Joshua advises both domestic and foreign banking organizations, having previously spent time in Deloitte’s UK Global Capital Markets Group.
