Jonathan Foster is an eDiscovery Managing Director with over 20 years of experience assisting clients with large-scale eDiscovery programs. His primary focus is supporting clients in the design, implementation, and execution of managed eDiscovery programs. Jonathan’s passion is using AI and other analytics tools to accelerate the eDiscovery process.
Jonathan has managed eDiscovery programs for multiple organizations facing extensive multidistrict litigation and related government investigations. Highlights include managing matters with over 10,000 custodians and 40+ law firms and producing over 130 million pages. On these matters, Jonathan was responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing a document review team with over 1,000 members, including management of teams working in several US locations, Canada, Germany, and India.
Jonathan is also spearheading the creation of Deloitte eDiscovery’s generative AI solution, NavigAite. Coupled with the user-friendly interface of relativity, NavigAite employs a suite of large language models to automate the processing and delivery of data for eDiscovery cases.
Jonathan is an alumnus of Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2000. He received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE.
