John is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Strategy & Analytics practice, specializing in data, analytics, and digital transformation for Retail and Consumer Products clients. He has led global teams across complex programs involving Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, MDM, Generative AI, and Enterprise Architecture for leading brands in beverages, cosmetics, fashion, and pet care. He serves as Deloitte’s global consumer operate industry leader, tableau alliance leader for the US, and AI/Data lead for the Customer (Salesforce) practice. He coaches CIOs, CDOs, and CAOs. Prior to Deloitte, he held leadership roles at IBM and IRI (Circana), where he helped launch web-based analytics platforms and integrated enterprise solutions. A dual US/UK citizen, he lives in the Coastal Carolinas with his family and enjoys sailing, sports, wellness, travel, and wildlife conservation.
