Jamie McCall

Jamie McCall is a researcher that focuses on organizational effectiveness, with experience that has spanned the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. As the research leader for Deloitte's Center for Board Effectiveness, he manages an array of projects related to governance and oversight. He also directs initiatives related to social entrepreneurship for the Deloitte Health Institute. 

Prior to joining Deloitte, Jamie was a nonprofit loan fund executive and managed the research team at a state economic development agency. He has also taught courses in organizational theory for University of North Carolina (UNC) Chapel Hill's Master of Public Administration Program.

Jamie holds a Master of Public Administration degree from UNC Chapel Hill's School of Government. His work on economic development and program evaluation has been published by a variety of peer-reviewed outlets.
