Jishnu is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Offering Lead for Deloitte’s US Enterprise Operations as a Service (EOaaS) practice. In this capacity, he is part of the Consulting Services Management leadership team. With more than 30 years of experience, he helps global organizations design, structure, and scale complex Operate services that improve performance, increase agility, and deliver sustained business value.
Jishnu has been a key leader in the development and growth of Deloitte’s Operate business, with leadership spanning both Application Management Services and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS). In Application Management Services, his focus has centered on ERP-led transformation and operations across platforms including SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Workday Financials. In BPaaS, he has been particularly focused on Finance Operations, helping organizations drive efficiency, standardization, and value through managed services and platform-enabled operations.
He has also helped lead the adoption of Generative AI technologies across Deloitte’s solutions to accelerate cost savings and enhance service outcomes. In addition, he has contributed to the strategy guiding the growth of Deloitte’s Delivery Centers and the retooling of talent for the AI era, while serving the global needs of Deloitte’s clients.
