Jim Rowan

As the US Head of AI and Chief Commercial Officer for Deloitte’s global NVIDIA relationship, I collaborate with clients, external technology organizations, and Deloitte’s business leaders to help organizations achieve their AI ambitions. I also lead our alliance work with NVIDIA, bringing together Deloitte’s industry expertise, technology capabilities, and global teams to help clients move from silicon to service and create measurable impact through AI.

The rapid advancement of AI deeply fascinates me—it is transforming how we work, operate, and interact. I am particularly focused on the opportunities presented by agentic AI, physical AI, and the continued evolution of the AI ecosystem. My goal is to explore how we can harness these technologies to reshape the future for our clients, driven by shared curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for innovation.

Beyond my client work, I’ve held several leadership roles at Deloitte, including my current role as a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP. I’ve also served as the National Managing Partner for our US Strategy & Analytics practice, US AI & Data Operations Offering Leader, and US Talent Leader for AI & Data. My experience spans the life sciences, health care, and telecommunications industries, with a strong focus on applying analytics, planning, forecasting, and digital transformation to enhance finance functions.

I am a proud Boston College Carroll School of Management alum, currently living outside Boston with my wife and four amazing kids.
