Jim Bagley

Jim is a manager in Deloitte’s Compensation Strategies practice and has been helping clients on a variety of compensation projects for nearly five years. Examples of projects he has led include running global pay equity studies, building new compensation structures, defining and implementing a new compensation strategy to help attract and retain talent, and implementing a global job architecture.
