Jason is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in building and scaling new businesses. Throughout his career he has led the launch and growth of multiple ecosystem relationships, innovative services, and product-led businesses.
Most recently, he served as the U.S. Corporate Development Leader, driving M&A strategy, divestitures of underperforming assets, and initiatives to unlock growth in strategic markets. Previously, he held several leadership roles at Deloitte, including U.S. Consulting Ecosystems & Alliances Leader, National Managing Principal for Human Capital, Global and U.S. Leader for HR Transformation, and Human Capital Chief Strategy & Market Officer. He has also served on the Deloitte Consulting Board, the U.S. India Board of Directors, and in the U.S. Global Office with a focus on Latin America.
Beyond Deloitte, his leadership approach was profiled by Wharton Professor Adam Grant in his bestselling book Give and Take. They hold a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia University.
