Jessica is a manager in Deloitte Tax’s Global Investment & Innovation Incentives group specializing in advising clients with tax credit monetization structures through tax equity investments and tax credit transfers. Her expertise lies in consulting on tax equity and tax credit transfer transactions, financial modeling and analysis, M&A due diligence, and accounting for tax these investments under Hypothetical Liquidation at Book Value (HLBV) and Proportional Amortization Method (PAM).
