Jessica Kaplan is a Principal in Deloitte's Higher Education practice. She is a driven, strategic, and motivating leader who has spent the last decade serving as a trusted advisor to CIOs and technology leaders.
Jessica was instrumental in growing Deloitte’s higher education and nonprofit practices by selling and delivering both large scale, complex digital transformations as well as smaller, strategic IT assessments and workshops. Her communication skills, ability to build high performing teams, analytical and inquisitive nature, and passion for education and social impact drive her to consistently deliver value and exceed client expectations.
Jessica's prior work experience includes ed tech companies, a social impact consultancy, and Teach For America, where she taught 6th grade math in the Bronx. She earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson, where she had a full-tuition merit fellowship. She also holds an M.S.Ed. in Math Education from Lehman College and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from USC.
