Jesse serves as a managing director in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice, where he leads multiple teams of IT professionals in helping his client address their most complex issues through innovative solutions.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jesse has successfully overseen large-scale technology implementations and managed IT operations for both public sector and commercial clients. In his nearly 20 years at Deloitte, he has delivered a wide range of solutions on both unclassified and classified networks, including custom code development, low code platforms, cloud modernization, enterprise data warehousing, and secure cyber activities.
Jesse has spent the last seven years managing a major custom code migration and maintenance onto the Appian platform. Over the past five years, he has been the alliance leader for Deloitte’s relationship with Appian. He has spearheaded collaboration with Appian in both public sector and commercial markets across multiple global regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Portugal, and Spain.
