Jess has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, with over 11 dedicated to transaction services. Jess is passionate about helping her clients through transformative life events and advises both strategic and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including assisting with tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling. She has worked on transactions in a variety of industries with a focus on CPG. Jess has extensive experience working on cross-border transactions, collaborating with multinational teams on complex tax matters, and consulting on global tax structuring implications. Jess is also a dedicated member of the M&A Tax Marketplace team, leading various marketplace initiatives, including M&A Tax Talks, the Global M&A Tax Summit, and M&A Day.
