Jerry Hoberman

Jerry leads Deloitte's Enterprise Package Technologies services. In this role, Jerry is responsible for the Firm's strategy and capabilities — spanning Sales & Service, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Emerging ERP Solutions, Business Finance, Controllership & Treasury Transformation, and HR Strategy & Workforce Technology — to enable Deloitte to go-to-market and help clients realize greater outcomes. He drives this strategy by reducing redundant investment, creating a single go-to-market motion, and capitalizing on the platform intersections across these offerings. He orchestrates the breadth of Deloitte's Offerings, assets, global delivery network, and alliances to bring a unified, coordinated approach to clients' technology, finance, customer, and supply chain needs.

He has more than 30 years of experience, spanning across industries globally. He serves as the Lead Client Service Partner for Deloitte as a Client, where Deloitte applies innovation to on-going operations. Jerry held prior leadership roles leading P&L package businesses, global Enterprise Technology businesses, and the Consumer, Retail, and Wholesale industries. His solution-focused experience spans the implementation of AI, analytics, and operations solutions using next-generation process designs, clean ERP and cloud architectures, and smart data & analytics design and integration platforms. Jerry is recognized for his strategic focus on driving outcomes and innovation for clients and the practice alike.
