Jerry Feige

Jerry advises on issues relating to the tax treatment of debt instruments, securitizations, and derivatives. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jerry was counsel member at a global law firm where he advised on tax issues relating to financial products, securitization transactions, and corporate restructurings. He was also a clerk at the US Tax Court for the Honorable Arthur L. Nims.

Jerry has a JD from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law.
