Jenny Jacob

Before Deloitte, Jenny held senior delivery and growth leadership roles at Atos and Tech Mahindra, where he built and scaled global managed services, service delivery and outsourcing programs across applications and infrastructure. He has extensive experience partnering with senior executives to turn complex hybrid estates into measurable business outcomes—shaping cloud-centric operating models, strategic cost optimization, service delivery transformation, and global delivery programs that improve resilience, agility and experience at scale. In addition, he brings the perspective that the next era of managed services is agentic: that humans and AI agents must operate as a unified workforce, with agents sensing, deciding and acting on routine operations while people focus on judgment, innovation and the outcomes that move the business.

He holds an engineering degree from Mumbai University and completed an executive business program at HEC Paris.
