Jen is a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, where she guides clients through a reimagination of the future of learning and talent in a world dominated by technology. Jen has more than 20 years of experience leading her clients through the latest technology disruption.
Jen currently leads Deloitte’s Academy for AI, helping organizations create AI readiness at all levels as a strategic lever to overall AI adoption and strategic outcomes.
Jen also works with clients to develop their immersive learning strategy, leveraging tools (AR/VR/AI) that create learning programs that reduce overall training time and cost, increase retention and speed to proficiency, and modernize the learning experience.
Jen holds both an LLM from American University, Washington College of Law, and a JD, which helps explain her focus on compliance and risk management across the learning and talent landscape.
