Jennifer brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in bank supervision and regulatory compliance, having shaped national supervision strategies as Deputy Director of Supervision, Division of Supervision and Regulation, at the Federal Reserve System. In this role, she directed the Federal Reserve System’s supervision programs for state member banks, holding companies, and other regulated entities as well as overseeing risk identification, specialty supervision, and stress testing activities. Jennifer led the Federal Reserve’s supervisory response to high-profile challenges, including the 2023 bank failures and COVID-19 pandemic, and advanced crisis response playbooks that strengthened overall readiness. She regularly collaborated with domestic and international supervisory counterparts to enhance supervisory effectiveness.
Previously, Jennifer held several senior leadership roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, including Executive Vice President for Supervision, Regulation & Credit, and other key positions overseeing large, complex banking organizations and risk policy groups.
