Jessica Grubbs is a consultant for Deloitte Government and Public Services in the Human Capital practice. Her work is focused on public health and emergency preparedness, supporting clients across the federal health space. Prior to joining Deloitte, Grubbs completed her master’s in public health at the University of Virginia where her research focused on health equity and improving access to care.
