Joanna leads Monitor Institute by Deloitte—a practice in conjunction with Deloitte Consulting LLP that advises social impact organizations across a range of services focused on problem solving and pioneering next practices. In her role, Joanna helps social impact leaders, organizations and networks to amplify their impact on some of their most complex challenges. From developing bold impact aspirations to ensuring organizations are well positioned to execute sustainably in the long run, she driven both by her passion for deep strategic insight and a commitment to centering the human system at the heart of every organization.
Joanna's draws upon nearly two decades of strategy experience across the for-profit and non-profit world, both in the United States and abroad. With this experience, she focuses her time supporting social sector organizations and networks committed to advancing positive outcomes across a number of areas.
Joanna is an enthusiastic New England transplant, currently residing in Boston with her husband, three children, and a menagerie of pets. She has served on several national nonprofit boards, including College Possible and The Neurodiversity Institute. She obtained her B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and her MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.
