Jenna serves as a leader in Deloitte's Retail Customer Strategy & Merchandising practice, helping clients achieve long-term growth by creating brand and merchandising strategies that keep pace with the unpreceded rate of change in the consumer industry.

She supports these strategic ambitions with customer strategies that drive omni-channel engagement and loyalty. Jenna brings her experience as a former buyer and business manager at a national retailer, where she drove growth and profitability through her responsibility for assortments, marketing, financial planning, and vendor partnership, to all of her work.

Jenna holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where she was a Center for Business, Government, and Society Fellow and bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from The University of Arizona Eller College of Management.
