He has more than 30 years of experience helping organizations design and manage total rewards strategies that can balance financial and workforce priorities while strengthening employee experience and engagement.
Today, he serves as the Market Leader for our Benefits Administration business, helping our clients use AI and our modern, SaaS-based BenefitsIQ™ platform to reimagine how their employees engage with and enhance the value of employee benefits while creating a return on investment for the organization.
He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial mathematics for the University of Michigan.
