Jared has more than two decades of experience in business and technology operations and consulting. His expertise spans across strategy and operations, business process automation, technology strategy and transformation, corporate governance, risk management, and business intelligence.
His teams help clients turn risk into insight by delivering risk-based business intelligence and automation that enable organizations to make faster, better-informed decisions. He also leads Deloitte's co-innovation efforts with ServiceNow, developing solutions on the NOW Platform that solve real-time client challenges across business operations, risk, security, and compliance.
His teams have delivered some of the industry’s most complex ServiceNow implementations, including one for a global systemically important bank (GSIB), earning "Most Innovative Customer of the Year" at ServiceNow’s Knowledge 24.
