Jared Friedman has more than a decade of experience in regulatory compliance and operational transformation for investment and wealth management clients. He assists financial advisers, broker-dealers, hedge funds, and asset managers with SEC and FINRA regulatory requirements, investment and post-trade compliance, operational/process optimization, and regulatory filings. He has led complex regulatory and operational engagements, overseen board and committee materials, and helped coordinate legal entity management operations. He has broad experience guiding organizations through compliance challenges related to mergers, acquisitions, and change management programs. He holds a BBA from Emory University and an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
