Jared is a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting's Engineering practice and serves as Deloitte’s US Engineering COO for the Insurance sector. He brings more than 15 years of strategy consulting and technology transformation experience and has worked with Fortune 500 organizations around the world.
Jared has extensive experience partnering with technology executives to define transformation strategies, establish executable implementation roadmaps, and shift an organization's operating model to capture the full benefits of a transformation. In partnership with his clients, he has scaled developer experience initiatives to thousands of professionals across the globe, modernized legacy applications, built new solutions on cloud-native platforms, and launched modern mobile solutions. He has helped his clients to accelerate speed to market with new products and services, improve bottom line performance, and minimize operational risk.
Jared holds an BS in Biomedical Engineering from the Ohio State University.
Jared previously worked at Humana as a cloud technology leader, where he introduced Cloud FinOps and ITSM. Before Humana, he worked at Accenture as a technology strategy analyst where he partnered with leading government agencies, fintech initiatives, and health insurance firms.
