Jared is a senior manager in Deloitte's Engineering practice and serves as Deloitte’s US Engineering COO for the Insurance sector. He brings more than 15 years of strategy consulting and technology transformation experience and has worked with Fortune 500 organizations around the world.
Jared has extensive experience working with technology executives to define transformation strategies, establish executable implementation roadmaps, and shift an organization's operating model to capture the full benefits of a transformation. In collaboration with his clients, he has scaled developer experience initiatives to thousands of professionals across the globe, modernized legacy applications, built new solutions on cloud-native platforms, and launched modern mobile solutions. He has helped his clients to accelerate speed to market with new products and services, improve bottom line performance, and minimize operational risk.
Jared holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the Ohio State University.
Before joining Deloitte, Jared worked at organizations in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry as a Cloud Technology Leader, where he introduced Cloud FinOps and ITSM. He has also worked with leading government agencies, fintech initiatives, and health insurance firms on technology strategy.
