Jamie McCall leads the research program for the Deloitte Center for Board Effectiveness, where he focuses on issues shaping board governance and oversight. He also supports Deloitte’s Growth & Purpose research agenda, including initiatives related to social entrepreneurship and Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs).
Before joining Deloitte, McCall served in an executive role at a community development nonprofit and managed research for North Carolina’s public-private economic development collaborative.
