Ion Skillrud

Ion Skillrud is a senior leader at Deloitte and currently serves as Office Managing Partner for Consulting Services in Minneapolis. He also leads Deloitte's national Performance Improvement practice, where he helps organizations become stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the future.

Much of Ion's career has focused on health care. He has advised hospitals, health systems, health plans, physician groups, and other care organizations as they work to improve how they operate, serve their communities, and make important strategic decisions. He recently led Deloitte's national Health Care M&A offering, supporting organizations through periods of growth, partnership, and transformation.

Ion graduated from the University of Wisconsin and holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He previously served on the University of Wisconsin School of Business Advisory Board.
