Ian's career foundation was built through 15 years with the U.S. Army National Guard as a Senior Intelligence Analyst and service with the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force, where he disrupted financial networks supporting terrorist activities. He held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Credit Suisse, leading regulatory change and compliance initiatives across global investment banking operations, before serving as Global Delivery Lead for Accenture's Icertis CLM practice.
