A former journalist, she is highly skilled in strategic communications, qualitative research, and policy design. Glatter leads the AI in higher education thought leadership team and is currently a fellow at the Deloitte Center for Higher Education Excellence. Hayley holds a bachelor of science in journalism from Northwestern University.
