Helen has 20 years of experience with a track record of building and leading high-performance teams to deliver exceptional services to commodities trading clients.
She is a leader of Deloitte’s Commodities & Energy Markets (CEM) practice and a subject matter specialist for commodities trading operations, accounting, valuation, and related risk management. She has a strong background in advising clients, both public and private, on complex accounting topics such as derivative accounting, hedge accounting, revenue accounting, and fair value measurements under both US GAAP and IFRS, as well as the associated processes and controls improvement and automation.
Helen has extensive global experience. She spent two years in Beijing, China, under Deloitte’s global deployment program, and has led various global client service teams.
