Heather Walker is a Principal in Deloitte’s AI & Engineering practice, bringing deep experience in technology strategy across industry and consulting. She has spent more than a decade leading large-scale strategic and transformational initiatives within the financial services industry.
Heather has supported a wide range of clients, including FinTechs, large banks, clearing corporations, wealth and asset management firms, and insurance companies. Her work focuses on helping organizations modernize technology capabilities and execute complex transformation agendas in highly regulated environments.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Heather led IT Operations at Brighthouse Financial, a Fortune 500 life insurance and annuities company, where she gained firsthand industry experience driving operational and technology change.
