Heiko is a Principal in Deloitte’s Strategy and Transactions practice. He has over 20 years of Human Capital Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience across all stages of the transaction life cycle. He leads the Human Capital M&A practice for the Life Sciences and Health Care industry.
Heiko has deep expertise in due diligence, synergy, and integration/divestiture planning, as well as providing functional area support in Human Resources. Heiko provides a broad spectrum of operating model and organization design, HR operations, synergy planning and execution, talent retention, change management, culture integration, and total compensation services to his clients, including post-merger functional integration planning and execution, HR program calibration and integration, and talent acquisition.
He has successfully managed large-scale domestic and global M&A engagements.
