Hashim Simjee is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leader of the healthcare transformation practice, with over 30 years of consulting experience at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology. He works closely with senior enterprise leaders, including CFOs, CIOs, and other senior executives, to drive business transformation and value. He focuses on strategy, operations, and technology integration and implementation across payer and provider sectors.
Simjee has led numerous finance transformation projects at some of Deloitte’s largest healthcare payer and provider clients, including the redesign of the finance function, operating models, shared services, systems design and implementation, as well as process automation and optimization. He has been responsible for developing and building the healthcare ERP practice in conjunction with the broader finance and supply chain practices.
