Hannah Viertel is a Manager in Deloitte’s M&A Consulting practice, where she advises financial services and banking clients on complex integrations, divestitures, and large-scale transformation initiatives. With more ten years of experience across consulting and financial institutions, she has strategized, planned, and executed many enterprise-level M&A engagements for global and regional organizations. Hannah brings deep expertise in program management, cross-functional blueprinting, Day 1 and Day 2 readiness, Transition Services Agreements, and operating model and organizational design. She also offers strong functional depth across client operations, legal and compliance, wealth management, finance, and human resources.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Hannah spent five years in the financial services industry, focusing on risk and capital management. She holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan.
