George is a Principal in Deloitte’s Capital Markets practice with over 20 years of experience leading transformation at global financial institutions. George’s experience includes driving global projects in Business Strategy, New Product Launches, Operations Transformation, Regulatory Compliance and technology implementation – with a specific focus in Capital Markets industry change and innovation in the post-trade operating model. George leads a full-service Capital Markets team that supports clients across the industry in strategy advisory, execution focus, and continued operations.
Prior to his consulting career, George spent 13 years at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, serving in roles in software development for Investment Banking as well as a front-office Product Manager for Prime Services, where he led the build and monetization of the client facing platforms across the Secured Financing products for equities and derivatives. In this role, he was responsible for funding and prioritizing Business, Operations, and Technology change, designing legal entity booking models, managing New Product Approvals, driving platform monetization, and leading Complex Client Integration.
