Glenn Carroll

Glenn Carroll is Deloitte LLP's New Jersey managing principal and the regional leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP's New Jersey practice, responsible for the organization's client service, talent, and community engagement across the state.

Glenn is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Life Sciences practice, where he advises pharmaceutical and consumer products companies on strategy, operating model transformation, digital innovation, and operations improvement. He has more than 20 years of experience in life sciences consulting and has held leadership roles within Deloitte's Safety and Medical practices in Life Sciences R&D.

Glenn brings deep experience advising life sciences companies across the R&D and commercial lifecycle, with a particular focus on New Jersey's innovation economy. He speaks at life sciences industry forums on topics including research and development strategy, workforce transformation, and innovation, and is an advocate for New Jersey's continued growth as a hub for life sciences, talent, and economic development.

Having spent his career working alongside New Jersey's life sciences community[LY1.1], Glenn has a deep appreciation for what makes this state's business community so special. He believes local organizations play a vital role in keeping that community connected, competitive, and forward-looking — and contributes to that work by helping build bridges between New Jersey's life sciences sector and its broader economic ecosystem.

Glenn is committed to the communities where Deloitte's people live and work. He serves on the advisory committee of Homeless Solutions Inc. and has supported Deloitte's Impact Day initiative, helping to mobilize Deloitte’s New Jersey office professionals volunteering across the state.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biochemical Engineering from University College Dublin and an MBA from Imperial College London.
