Gagan Chawla is the leader of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Business Strategy practice and its Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer Program in the US. He specializes in helping B2B and B2G companies drive profitable growth and enterprise value through a combination of enterprise and business unit strategy, commercial strategy (marketing, pricing, and sales), digital strategy, business model innovation, business & operating model alignment, and transformation design and value realization work.
Gagan’s work has led to major portfolio reshaping, sustained growth separation relative to peer set, step function change in operating income, and enhanced strategic capabilities for his clients.
Prior to Deloitte, Gagan held positions at Monitor Group and Strategic Pricing Group. In the more than 20 years of his consulting career, Gagan has lived and worked in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and he built Monitor’s Commercial Strategy practice in Asia Pacific.
He is settled in the Boston area with his wife and two young kids. His extracurricular activities are now magically aligned with that of his kids and change frequently.
