Gabriel Kasper is a Managing Director with Monitor Institute by Deloitte, where he leads the team’s philanthropy practice in conjunction with Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has spent nearly three decades as a futurist, exploring the leading edge of philanthropic practice, and as a strategic advisor to many of the nation’s largest and most innovative funders.

Prior to joining Monitor Institute by Deloitte, Gabriel served as a program officer at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, where he managed the Foundation’s philanthropy portfolio, and as a program manager at the Berkeley Community Fund. He holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a Master of City Planning from U.C. Berkeley.
