Frances Ho is a senior manager in Deloitte’s Regulatory, Risk & Forensic services and serves as the experience director of the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) Program. The CLO Program is committed to advising and enabling CLOs and legal leaders to stay ahead of the changes and complexity of their evolving roles. In her role, Frances develops and executes the CLO Program strategy and drives the day-to-day operations and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to the CLO Program, Frances was in the Discovery practice, assisting legal counsel with managing discovery compliance projects and conducting eDiscovery readiness. She provided consulting and strategy advice pertaining to legal department operations and technology, litigation support, records management, eDiscovery readiness, and information governance.
Frances has a JD from South Texas College of Law and a BA in history from Yale University. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.1
