Frank Milano

Frank serves as the Managing Partner for the Assurance Offering Portfolio at Deloitte & Touche LLP. In this role, he leads a team of 200 Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors, along with more than 5,000 client service professionals across the US and the Deloitte US India team. The Assurance Offering Portfolio delivers innovative, tech-enabled solutions—leveraging deep expertise in accounting, finance, internal controls, and technology—to a diverse range of clients, from startups to the Fortune 10.

With over 30 years in professional services, Frank has supported some of the Firm’s most complex global clients in both attest and advisory capacities. He has held leadership roles spanning talent, transformation, quality, operations, and growth. Frank is also passionate about mentoring young professionals, both within Deloitte and across his broader network.
