Franz Gilbert

Franz Gilbert is a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he is the Human Capital Strategy and Innovation Leader and serves on the Human Capital Management Committee. He and his team are responsible for developing and driving the Human Capital growth strategy, incubating new and emerging businesses, and stewarding alliance relationships - all in service of bringing innovative solutions and creating more valuable outcomes for clients. Franz has played an active role in advancing the HR Profession throughout his career. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and he was a founding member of the International Standards Organization (ISO) HR Standards committee (TC260), which has created several HR ISO Standards – to include ISO 30414 – Guidelines for Internal and External Human Capital Reporting.
